When serving in racquetball, is the racket allowed to hit the ground during the serve?

No, i mean the racket. It happened twice in one game and figured there is no possible way it could be legal, i guess i was wrong.

it doesn’t matter what the racket does, just the ball, i think.
    why?

  2. do you mean “is the ball allowed to hit the ground?” idk. but i dont see why the racket couldn’t

  3. I did not see anything in the rule book about hitting the racquet on the ground during a serve. I think it would not help your serve in any way.

Here is the rulebook if you want to look deeper into it

  4. The racquet may hit the ground, wall, body, ball….whatever. The ball may not hit anything but the front wall first.
